Dean and Dan Caten, born on December 19, 1964, in Toronto, Canada, are twin brothers who co-founded the fashion brand Dsquared2. They studied at the Parson's School of Design and began their design career working for various fashion houses, including Gianni Versace and Diesel, before launching their own brand in 1995.
Dsquared2 is known for its edgy, provocative style that combines elements of streetwear, glam rock, and high fashion. The brand has gained a celebrity following, with fans including Madonna, Justin Timberlake, and Beyoncé.
